REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Please read carefully before placing an order.

PLANETARY ASYLUM operates in limited runs, including made-to-order and preorder production. Because of this model, not all items are eligible for return or exchange.

Made-to-order and preorder items are produced specifically for each order and are considered final sale unless defective or incorrect.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

PLANETARY ASYLUM accepts return requests on eligible domestic orders within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
>unworn
>unwashed
>undamaged
>free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or signs of wear
>returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Return requests initiated outside the 14-day window cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly by PLANETARY ASYLUM.

Returns are processed after the item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited stock quantities, PLANETARY ASYLUM cannot guarantee exchanges.

For a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item if it is available.

Defective or incorrect items may be replaced if inventory is available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact info@planetaryasylum.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:
>order number
>brief description of the issue
>clear photos of the item and packaging

PLANETARY ASYLUM reserves the right to request photographic support before authorizing a return, replacement, or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly by PLANETARY ASYLUM.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs clearance fees required by their destination country.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

>sale items
>sample sale items
>items marked “final sale”
>made-to-order items
>preorder items
>custom or altered items
>gift cards
>vintage or one-of-one items
>Depop, pop-up, or third-party marketplace orders unless otherwise stated at the point of sale

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email info@planetaryasylum.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Include:
>order name
>order number
>order date
>item(s) being returned
>reason for return
>photos, if the item is defective or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed, return instructions will be provided by email.

Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of return authorization.

 

PLANETARY ASYLUM is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times vary by bank, credit card company, or payment provider. If your refund has not appeared after several business days, contact your payment provider first.
