RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS

PLANETARY ASYLUM accepts returns and exchanges initiated on eligible items within 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order. As a small, eco-friendly business with low stock quantities, PLANETARY ASYLUM cannot offer refunds or exchanges if they are initiated outside of the 14-day window. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags intact and attached to be considered for a return or exchange.

 

Except in the case of defective merchandise or order fulfillment mistakes made by PLANETARY ASYLUM, all returns and exchanges will be shipped at your own cost. Please note, PLANETARY ASYLUM cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

PLANETARY ASYLUM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full or partial reimbursement.

 

It is highly recommended that you review detailed sizing information prior to ordering. If you have further questions about garment fit, please reach out to info@planetaryasylum.com with your query prior to purchase.

 

Your return or exchange will be processed upon receipt & careful inspection of the returned product(s).

 

If you intend to return all or part of your order, your return must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Your returned item(s) must also be received by PLANETARY ASYLUM within 14 calendar days from your return notice email.

EXCHANGES

For item(s) that you wish to exchange, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item in your order was delivered defective, it may be sent back to us for a full refund or replacement if the product is available. If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please reach out to us via info@planetaryasylum.com

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, at this time, PLANETARY ASYLUM, cannot offer returns nor exchanges on international orders unless there have been order fulfillment mistakes or you received defective merchandise.

 

Please note, as this brand grows, we intend to expand return & exchange services offered to our international customers.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate the process of returning and/or exchanging your eligible item(s), email a Return Notice email to info@planetaryasylum.com and include the below information:

  • Order name

  • Order number

  • Order Date

  • Product(s) being returned

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Return shipment tracking details (if you are using a label other than the label we provide to you)

​RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. PLANETARY ASYLUM advises you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected and well-packed prior to shipping.

 

  • Item must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and returned with all original tags intact and all labels attached along with all related accessories (including accompanying cloth dustbags), documents (instructions booklets, seal sticker, labels, protective covers, leaflets, or boxes).

  • PLANETARY ASYLUM does not accept any worn or damaged products as returns

  • Any item not returned or returned incomplete, spoiled, broken, damaged, soiled, missing tags or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be refunded, nor exchanged. Regarding footwear, the sole must also be intact; for that reason, we strongly recommended trying shoes on a carpet or rug-type surface.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. PLANETARY ASYLUM DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Certain products on this website are non-returnable (nor eligible for exchange), including, but not limited to:

  • “Final Sale” items

  • Sale items

  • Sample Sale items

  • Hats

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Swimwear

  • Gloves

  • Depop orders

  • Vintage items

  • International orders

  • Other items listed as not returnable, including, but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment.

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@planetaryasylum.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product using the shipping label provided to you.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are using a label other than the one we provide to you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
