Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During launches, holidays, pop-up events, or peak periods, processing times may be extended. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic orders under $150 USD ship for a flat rate of $10 USD.
Domestic orders over $150 USD ship free.

Estimated transit time after shipment: 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, package weight, and carrier service.

Some PLANETARY ASYLUM items may be made-to-order, preorder, or produced in limited runs.
